Each customer who joins your business on BeerClubHub.com can access a digital membership card. This card can be scanned by staff members to reward the customer for beer purchases, redeem rewards, and view mug club status. The customer has their own dashboard for your business on BeerClubHub.com that they can use to view your beer menu, rate beers, submit feedback about their experience, view loyalty program rewards, and more.

We can help manage your loyalty program by tracking points earned by your customer and allowing them to redeem for rewards. Customers can earn points for beer purchases, rating beers, rating your business, and rating their visit.

With our business plan, we allow you to upload your logo to be displayed on your dashboard and profile pages. When customer's login, they will see your business. We'll also use your logo in email communications that we send regarding your business. All of this is done to achieve a cohesive experience, putting your business front and center.

Public Website Profile

You can optionally have your business profile be displayed on BeerClubHub.com. Users won't need to login in order to see this profile. Your profile can include your logo, location information, contact information, and summary of your loyalty program or mug club. We can also post a full beer menu based on your beer inventory, including pricing and serving sizes. Access the online menu via direct link or QR Code.

Streamlined Loyalty Program Management

Registering points for a loyalty program has to be fast. We understand that this process can't slow down service or impede your staff. That is why we developed the digital membership card that your staff can use to quickly find customers and reward them for beer purchases.

Scan

Customers login to BeerClubHub.com and access their membership card right trough the website. This card will display a QR code and mug club status.

Reward

Staff login to BeerClubHub.com and scan the membership card QR code. This brings up the customer profile where staff can quickly register a beer purchase, or redeem points for rewards.

Manage Customers

Customers can join your business on BeerClubHub.com by QR code or searching for your business on our website. You can also send branded invitation emails to recruit customers. After your customers join, you can manage their status, view their loyalty points, rewards, and track mug club status and fees. A list of your customers can be exported as a spreadsheet.

Manage Staff

Staff can join on their own or you can send invitation emails to have them create accounts. You can manage staff status and assign them roles within the platform to grant them different permissions within the Beer Club Hub platform. We have different experiences for managers, wait staff, and reporting staff. Also see history of which staff members assigned points and rewards to customers.

Online Beer Menu

Manage your beer inventory and set prices for different serving sizes. We'll generate an online beer menu that customers can access when they are logged in to BeerClubHub.com. Optionally, you can also display your beer menu to people who are not logged in and have users access the menu using a QR Code.

Customers can rate beers, track favorites, and see a list of their favorite beers. You can review these ratings to see how your products are being enjoyed.

Rate Business

Your customers can review your overall business one time when logged in to BeerClubHub.com. Business managers can review these ratings and feedback. Respond directly to customers and view history ratings over time.

Rate Visit

Each time a customer visits your business, they can rate your service and provide feedback into their experience. Customers can score on the following categories: Service, Food and Beverage, and Facilities.

Advanced Reporting

As our platform collects reviews and interactions with your customers, we aggregate the results into friendly reports that you can use to evaluate your performance. Understand if change to your process have improved or negatively impacted your customer's experience. Our historical reports show data broken down by month for the previous 12 months.

Events and Announcements

Use our event management system to schedule events and keep your customer's informed. Events will appear on your customer's dashboard and you can optionally send event reminders via email. Announcements will also appear on your customer's dashboard and are a great way to post news and specials. You can even set expiration dates for announcements.

Digital Membership Card

Every customer that joins your business on BeerClubHub.com will have access to a digital membership card. This card can be scanned by staff to quickly reward points for beer purchase, redeem rewards, and check mug club status.

QR Codes

We have a library of generated QR codes that you can download and use in your printed materials. These QR codes will allow customers to scan and quickly access BeerClubHub.com to join your club, view online menus, rate your business, or view your business profile.

Organize Tastings

Organize tastings where a group of your customers can meet and all drink and rate beers together. This is a great way to receive collective feedback and provide a unique experience for your customers. You can even restrict access to tastings to mug club members, so only they can rate beers and see results.

Export to Mailchimp and Constant Contact

You can export and download your full customer list to a format that is compatible for importing into email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact. This will allow you to quickly setup email campaigns in those platforms based on your customers from Beer Club Hub.
