It's so easy!
Step 1: Create Your Club
Your club will get its own fully secure dashboard, customized for your club. Members can track beers, view scoring results, smack talk, and see club announcements - all from your club's private area.
Step 2: Find Members
Invite friends, family, co-workers, or complete strangers to join your club. Beer Club Hub will send the email invitations for you and help them setup their custom profiles.
Step 3: Create Contests and Tastings
Schedule times for your club to meet and try new beers. Make a little game out of it -- create tasting contests to see who can supply the best beers over time. Contests are made up on one or more tasting sessions and can last as long as you want.
Step 4: Register Beers
As your members buy beer, they use Beer Club Hub to register the beer for a tasting session. Members bring the beer to that tasting session for other members to try. Beer Club Hub has access to detailed information on over 64,000 beers, so you can educate yourself on a beer's style, origin, characteristics, alcohol content, brewer, and more.
Step 5: Drink and Score Beers
As members taste, they score beers using any of our 10 scoring categories including aroma, flavor, body, label design, and others. Scores can be entered online using any device with a web browser. Members can record tasting notes and mark beers and their favorite as they go.
Step 6: Contest Results
Scoring results are updated live for all your members to follow. Beer Club Hub continuously calculates the current rank of your members, based on the scores their beer's receive. Results are broken down by both tasting and by contest. So, you can see who the winner is for the day, and who's leading the contest over time. We even break down all the scores for a contest, so you'll see if your club leans towards high alcohol stouts, low IBU ales, or anything in between.
