Track Your Beers
We have access to information on over 64,000 different beers. With Beer Club Hub, you can search for beers you are going to taste. We'll show you an impressive amount of information about the beer - including the brewery information, alcohol content (ABV), style, label, description, gravities, and much more! Heck, we'll even suggest the glass type to drink out of.
Hold Tastings
We call it a 'Tasting', but you might call it a 'meeting', 'exchange', 'scoring session', or whatever. Tastings are meetings held by your Club that allow your members to taste and score beers. Members register the beers they're bringing before the session. Beer Club Hub keeps track of all your scores and breaks down contest winners, losers, and everyone in between. As members register beers, you can even choose to have your membership notified of the new entries, so no one brings the same beer.
Scores, Notes, and Favorites
As you score beers, Beer Club Hub allows you to take notes and mark beers as your favorites. We keep a complete history of every beer you have ever scored. So you can always find which beers you scored the best, the worst, and everything in between. Favorites are especially helpful during blind tastings, when you might not actually know the name of the beer when you score it.
Compete with Other Members
A Contest is a fun way to introduce friendly competition to your club. Hold a Contest to see who brings the best beers over the course of the year, or hold a one day contest to manage your beer exchange. Our Contests are widely customizable allowing you to select from 8 different beer rating criteria. The rank of members are continuously calculated so you and your friends can instantly see who's at the top and who's going home sulking.

Manage Your Members
Beer Club Hub keeps track of all your members. Every member can login to see the latest news from your club, register for tasting sessions, and see results of your Club's contests. We even have an event calendar listing your contests and tastings. All your members need is an email address and a web browser.
Hold Blind Tastings PRO
Remove the emotion from your competitions. With Beer Club Hub you can hold blind tastings, where members taste beers by number instead of by name. Only the contest administrator can see which beer goes with which number. When your contest administrator closes the tasting session, all the beer names are revealed!
Choose your scoring categories
We offer 10 different scoring categories for rating your beer. You can choose different scoring categories for each tasting. Flavor, character, appearance, aroma, body, head, label, beer name, drinkability, and overall. You can even choose to weight each category, so some categories can be worth less than others.
Find Members
You choose who can join your club. Send invites via email or allow the public to search for your club and request membership. You can approve or deny anyone's request. It's all up to you. Build a small private club or an empire!
Event Calendar PRO
Not sure when your next meeting is or when your next contest starts? Our Event Calendar will help you line up your schedule so you don't miss a thing. Our calendar shows you every tasting and contest, their location, and what beers have already been registered for tastings.
Dues and Contests Fees PRO
Use Beer Club Hub to track membership dues and contest fees. You tell us how much your Club's annual dues are, or how much it costs to enter a contest. As you collect money from your members, you can track payments in Beer Club Hub. We'll send out reminders and pop notifications to a member that hasn't paid up. You can even suspend a member's membership if they don't pay. We don't collect the money, we just help you track it.
Beer Breakdown PRO
A detailed breakdown of beer scores showing averages of each scoring category and how the overall score was calculated. A great tool to settling arguments on how a beer was scored.
Club and Contest Stats PRO

In all, we provide over 20 recommendations and they'll change along with your tastes.
Smack Talk PRO
What's the fun in competing if you can't harass your competitors? We didn't invent 'Smack Talking', but felt it was an important part of any beer club. Smack Talk in Beer Club Hub works kinda like Instant Messaging... you send out a message that members logged into Beer Club Hub can see. Then members have a chance to reply. Let the insults begin!
Keep Your Members Informed PRO
Beer Club Hub allows you to post online announcements and send any member an email. Beer Club Hub also gives you the option to send your members automated email reminders of upcoming tastings and notifications of new beer entries.
Manage Multiple Clubs
Wanna start more than one club? Even better... wanna be a member of more than one club? No problem! With Beer Club Hub you can start or join as many clubs as you want. Each club has its own area making it easy to navigate. You can quickly switch back and forth between them.

We try to keep things simple here. It's a steak and potatoes kind of website. There are no fancy gimmicks here - just the tools you need to manage your club. If we get a request for a new feature, sure we'll add it, but not at the expense of our members. Our site and management area are easy to navigate and use. It really has to be, since you're probably going to be drinking while you use it.

Like any club, you need someone at the front door keeping an eye on things. Our site is 100% secure and each Club gets its own private area. Invite who you want, deny who you don't. Only active members can see your Club's area. And emails are sent BCC to protect your member's privacy.
