Points Management
Choose how customers can earn points - by rating their visit, rating beer, rating your business, or purchasing a beer. Staff can scan a customer's membership card to record a beer purchase. Managers can see a customers point history and customers can see their accumulated point total on their dashboard.
Redeem Rewards
Add rewards and define how many points are needed to redeem for each one. Rewards can be anything you want - a free appetizer, 10% off a meal, t-shirt, etc. Staff can redeem a customer's points and record the reward redemption in Beer Club Hub.
