Getting Started
Manage Club Settings
Now that your club is created in Beer Club Hub, it's time to configure some important settings. To access your club settings from the Dashboard:
- Click Manage from the top menu
- Click Club
- Your club settings page will open
On this page, you can update the following settings for your club and click Save to save your changes. Click on the fields below for more detail.

Club Name

Year Founded
This is the year your club or organization was founded. It will displayed on the dashboard.

One-Time Membership Fee
(Optional) If you require a one-time membership fee to join the club, enter it here. You can track membership fee payments on the Members page.

Annual Dues
(Optional) If you require an annual membership fee enter it here. You can track membership fee payments on the Members page.

Annual Dues are Due
(Optional) The date that annual membership fees are due. Reminders will be emailed to members.

Currency
This is the currency that you accept at your club. It will be used to format the prices on your menus.

Allow Repeat Beers
When checked, members can register a beer for a tasting that has already been registered at some point in the past. When not checked, members must always register a beer that has not been registered before.

Allow Membership Requests
When checked, this will allow other users of Beer Club Hub to search for your club by name and request membership. When not checked, club administrators will have to send invitations to users in order to join your club at Beer Club Hub.
Uploading a Club Logo
You can upload a club logo which will be displayed on your club's dashboard.
To upload a logo:
- Click Upload Logo
- Choose a file using the file browser
- Your logo will now appear on the site
To remove a logo:
- Click Remove Logo
- A default beer image will be shown on the site
Logo Image Requirements
Logo images must be in JPEG format and less than 5MB in size. It is recommended to use the smallest file size image that still renders appropriately on the site. Your image quality may be reduced by our platform in order to avoid slow page load times.
