Managing Members

Editing Members

When editing a member, you can change the role of each member or enable/disable their access to your club in Beer Club Hub. For reporting purposes, you cannot remove a member, you can only suspend their membership. To edit a member:

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Members
  3. A list of your members will be displayed
  4. You can search for a member by name
  5. Click the three dot iconfor the member that you would like to edit
  6. Click Edit

Update the settings for member and then click Save. The fields are described below.

  • Make this member a club administrator

    If checked, the member can manage your club settings, membership, events, and announcements.

  • Active

    If checked, the member has access to your club in Beer Club Hub
