Tastings

Reporting

There are many reports available for contests and tastings. You can also export scores for a contest into Microsoft Excel Format. Reporting for a contest only reflects data for its tastings.

Viewing Contest Reports

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Contests and Scoring
3. A list of contests will be displayed
4. Click the three dot iconfor the contest
5. Click Leaderboard, Standings, Beer Breakdown, or Statistics

• Leaderboard

  This report shows a ranking of your members based on the scores of their registered beers for this contest.

• Standings

  This report shows a full ranking of beers based on their average scores.

• Beer Breakdown

  This report shows a more detailed look at the scores for each beer. You can see the average score per scoring category as well.

• Statistics

  This report shows various statistics about your beers and their scores.

Exporting Contest Scores

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Contests and Scoring
3. A list of contests will be displayed
4. Click the three dot iconfor the contest
5. Click Export Beer Scores
6. A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet will begin to download

Viewing Tasting Reports

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Contests and Scoring
3. A list of contests will be displayed
4. Click Tastings for the related contest
5. A list of tastings will be displayed
6. Click the three dot iconfor the contest
7. Click Live Scores or Leaderboard

• Leaderboard

  This report shows a ranking of your members based on the scores of their registered beers for this tasting.

• Live Scores

  This report shows a full ranking of beers based on their average scores.
