Dues and Fees

Overview

You can use Beer Club Hub to manage dues and fees for your club membership and contests. Club administrators can track payments and Beer Club Hub will send out reminder emails to members who may be delinquent in their fees. It is the responsibility of the club administrator to collect money from members. Beer Club Hub does not collect money for dues and fees.

Setting Annual Dues

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Club
3. Enter the price of annual dues in the Annual Dues field
4. Select a date that annual dues are due
5. Click Save

Setting One-Time Membership Fee

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Club
3. Enter an amount in the One-Time Membership Fee field
4. Click Save

Setting Contest Fee

1. Click Contests and Scoring from the top menu
2. A list of contests will be displayed
3. Click the three dot iconfor the contest that you would like to manage
4. Click Edit Contest
5. Enter an amount in the Entry Fee field
6. Click Save

Recording Payments for Annual Dues and Membership Fees

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Members
3. A list of members will be displayed
4. Click the three dot iconfor the member who submitted a payment
5. Click Edit
6. Enter the amount paid into the Annual Dues Paid or One Time Fees Paid
7. Click Save

Viewing Annual Dues and Membership Fee Outstanding Balance

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Members
3. A list of members will be displayed
4. The remaining balance for each fee is shown below the member's name

Recording Payments for Contest Fees

1. Click Contests and Scoring from the top menu
2. A list of contests will be displayed
3. Click the three dot iconfor the contest
4. Click Contest Fees
5. A list of members will be displayed
6. Click the three dot iconfor the member
7. Click Edit Payment
8. Enter the amount paid into field provided
9. Click Save

Viewing Contest Fee Outstanding Balance

1. Click Contests and Scoring from the top menu
2. A list of contests will be displayed
3. Click the three dot iconfor the contest
4. Click Contest Fees
5. A list of members will be displayed
6. The remaining balance for each fee is shown below the member's name
