Getting Started

Adding Locations

Now, let's define your business locations. This is address information that will be displayed in your public business profile page. This helps your customers find your place of business and your online menus, if you should host those on a different web site.

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Locations
  3. A list of your locations will be displayed
  4. Click Add Location to create your first location

On this page, you can update the following settings for your location and click Save to create the location. Repeat these steps to create another location. Click on the fields below for more detail.

  • Name

    (Optional) This is an alternate name for this particular location. Some businesses like to provide a special name for the location if they have multiple locations.

  • Address Line 1

    The first line of this location's street address. Do not include your business name here.

  • Address Line 2

    The second line of this location's address. This is usually used if this location resides in a suite or unit.

  • City

    The city of this location

  • State

    The state of this location

  • Postal Code

    The postal or zip code of this location

  • Phone

    The phone number of this location. Note that we will not adjust the formatting of this phone number when it is displayed. We recommend using the standard formats such at 717-555-1234 or (717) 555-1234.

  • Link to Food Menu

    (Optional) A web address (URL) to the food menu for this location. This is helpful if you have your host your food menu on a different business website.

  • Link to Drink Menu

    (Optional) A web address (URL) to the drink menu for this location. This is helpful if you have your host your drink menu on a different business website.

Edit Location

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Locations
  3. A list of your locations will be displayed
  4. Click the three dot iconfor the location that you would like to edit
  5. Click Edit
  6. Update the location settings
  7. Click Save

Remove Location

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Locations
  3. A list of your locations will be displayed
  4. Click the three dot iconfor the location that you would like to remove
  5. Click Remove
