Awarding Points
There are a number of ways that customers can earn points. Some points are automatically awarded to the customer based on their actions, while other points are awarded by your staff. Points are awarded automatically when the customer:
- Submits a review of your business
- Rates a beer
- Reviews their visit
NOTE We have placed limits on the number of actions a user can take to earn points. A user may submit only 1 review of your business. A user may rate only 5 beers within a 24 hour period. A user may only review their visit once within a 24 hour period.
Managers and Wait Staff also have the ability to award points by:
- Recording a beer purchase for the customer
- Manually adjusting the customer's points
