Redeeming Points
Customers can redeem their points for rewards. Rewards are physically issued to customers by your staff and then recording in Beer Club Hub. Our platform will register the reward and adjust the customer's points accordingly. Only staff with the Manager or Wait Staff role can redeem points. To redeem points:
- Search for a customer
- On the customer list page, click the three dot icon
for the customer - Click Points and Awards
- Look for the section titled Available Rewards
- This shows the full list of rewards. Only the rewards costing less than the customer's total points can be selected.
- Click Apply to select the reward
- The customer's points will be updated accordingly
