Managing Customers

Searching Customers

It is important for your staff to quickly find customers on Beer Club Hub. We allow staff members multiple ways to search for customers, so they can quickly award loyalty points, verify mug club status, and redeem points for rewards.

Searching by Name

Staff with the manager, wait staff, or reporter roles can search customers by first or last name.

  1. On the Dashboard, find Customer Search
  2. Enter a customer's first or last name in to the search field
  3. Click Search
  4. A list of customers matching your search term will appear
  5. You can adjust your search term and search again, if needed

Searching by Membership ID

Staff with the manager, wait staff, or reporter roles can search customers by their membership ID number.

  1. On the Dashboard, find Customer Search
  2. Enter a customer's member ID in to the search field
  3. Click Search
  4. A list of customers matching your search term will appear
  5. You can adjust your search term and search again, if needed

Searching by QR Code

Staff with the manager, wait staff, or reporter roles can search customers by the QR code on their digital membership card. This is the fastest way to find a customer. Customers can quickly access their digital membership card right from their dashboard.

  1. On the Dashboard, find Customer Search
  2. Click Scan QR
  3. Your device camera will activate and a viewfinder will appear
  4. Hold the customer's digital membership card up to the camera, focusing on the QR code
  5. When the QR code is detected, the customer details will appear
