Beer Inventory and Menu

Uploading Beer Image

Managers can upload a picture of the beer or label. You can only change the beer image if your business was the one to add the beer to our beer database. If no image is uploaded, Beer Club Hub will show an image based on the style of the beer. To upload a beer image:

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Beer Inventory
  3. A list of the beers in your inventory will be displayed
  4. Click the three dot iconfor the beer that you would like to edit
  5. Under Beer Label, click Upload
  6. Select the image using the file browser

Logo images must be in JPEG or PNG format and less than 5MB in size. It is recommended to use the smallest file size image that still renders appropriately on the site. Your image quality may be reduced by our platform in order to avoid slow page load times. We recommend beer images be a square 200px x 200px.
