Managing Loyalty Program

With Beer Club Hub, you have the option to offer your customers a loyalty program where they can earn points and redeem them for rewards. To manage your loyalty program settings:

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Loyalty Program
  3. Your loyalty program settings will display

On this page, you can update the following settings for your loyalty program and click Save to save your changes. Click on the fields below for more detail.

  • Loyalty Program Enabled

    If this box is checked, your loyalty program is enabled and your customers can participate. If this box is unchecked, your loyalty program is disabled.

  • Loyalty Program Name

    (Optional) This is the name of your loyalty or rewards program. This name will be displayed on your business profile page and others. If this is left blank, we will simply refer to your program as a "loyalty program"

You can also adjust the number of points awarded for each customer action. The actions are described below. You can set the points for any of these actions to zero, if you do not want to award customers for an action. However, at least one action must have a point value of greater than zero.

  • Rate Beer

    The number of points awarded if the customer submits a beer rating/review.

  • Rate Business

    The number of points awarded if the customer submits a review of your business.

  • Rate Visit

    The number of points awarded if the customer submits a review of their visit to your business.

  • Purchase Beer

    The number of points awarded if the customer purchases a beer.

NOTE Changing the point value for an action will not change points that have already been awarded to customers. The new point value will only be applied to future actions performed by customers. We do not recommend changing point assignments often, as this can lead to an inconsistent experience for your customers.
