Reward Programs

Creating Rewards

Rewards are given to customers in exchange for points they have earned. Beer Club Hub keeps track of points and the rewards that have been redeemed by customers. Managers define what rewards are available and how many points are needed to redeem for each reward. It is the responsibility of staff members to physically distribute rewards to customers.

Adding Awards

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Loyalty Program
  3. Click Manage Rewards
  4. Click Add Reward

On this page, you can set the following settings for your reward and click Save to create the reward. Repeat these steps to create another reward. Click on the fields below for more detail.

  • Name

    A name for the reward

  • Description

    (Optional) A description of the reward

  • Cost

    The number of points needed to redeem for the award

Edit Reward

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Loyalty Program
  3. Click Manage Rewards
  4. A list of your rewards will be displayed
  5. Click the three dot iconfor the reward that you would like to edit
  6. Click Edit
  7. Update the reward settings
  8. Click Save

Enable/Disable Reward

Due to reporting and auditing, we do not allow rewards to be deleted. If you no longer wish to offer a reward, you can disable it.

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Loyalty Program
  3. Click Manage Rewards
  4. A list of your rewards will be displayed
  5. Click the three dot iconfor the reward that you would like to edit
  6. Click Disable or Enable
