Managing Mug Club

A mug club is a separate rewards program, different from a loyalty program. A mug club grants customer's access to special rewards, defined by your business. Beer Club Hub helps you specify these rewards and tracks members of your mug club. To access your mug club settings from the Dashboard:

1. Click Manage from the top menu
2. Click Mug Club
3. Your mug club settings page will open

On this page, you can update the following settings for your mug club and click Save to save your changes. Click on the fields below for more detail.

• Mug Club Enabled

  If checked, your mug club will be active. Your mug club will be advertised on your business profile page and members of your mug club will have a special badge shown on their membership card.

• Mug Club Name

  (Optional) A special name for your mug club. If left blank, we will simply refer to it as a "Mug Club"

• Membership Term (months)

  The number of months that a mug club membership lasts. Lifetime members will never need to renew their mug club membership. If you select a specific number of months, mug club members will have to renew their membership after this term ends.

• Price

  The price for joining your Mug Club. This will be displayed in notifications and pages in Beer Club Hub.

• Rewards

  A description of rewards for being a member of your mug club. This will be shown in notifications and your public business profile page.

• Allow only Mug Club members to participate in tastings

  When checked, only members of your mug club will have access to the Tastings menu in Beer Club Hub for your business. This allows them to participate and score in tastings.

NOTE Beer Club Hub helps you advertise costs for your mug club, but we do not collect money from your customers.
