Exporting Data

Beer Club Hub provides a few ways to export data from the platform. Staff with the Manager or Reporter role have access to export data. There are three types of data exports available.

Export Beer Ratings

This is an export of all beers that were rated for your business.

  1. Click Reports from the top menu
  2. Click Export Beer Ratings

Export Customers

This is an export of all customers.

  1. Click Reports from the top menu
  2. Click Export Customers
  3. Click Download for the All Customers report

Export Customers to MailChimp

This is an export of all customers in a file format that can be accepted by MailChimp. You can use this to easily import customers into the application for email marketing.

  1. Click Reports from the top menu
  2. Click Export Customers
  3. Click Download under MailChimp

Export Customers to Constant Contact

This is an export of all customers in a file format that can be accepted by Constant Contact. You can use this to easily import customers into the application for email marketing.

  1. Click Reports from the top menu
  2. Click Export Customers
  3. Click Download under Constant Contact
