Managing Staff

Editing Staff

When editing a staff member, you can change the role of each staff member or enable/disable their access to your business in Beer Club Hub. For reporting purposes, you cannot remove a staff member, you can only disable them. To edit a staff member:

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Staff
  3. A list of your staff members will be displayed
  4. You can search for a staff member by name
  5. Click the three dot iconfor the staff member that you would like to edit
  6. Click Edit

You will be shown settings for the selected staff member. The fields are described below.

  • Active

    If checked, the member has access to your business in Beer Club Hub and their business role is enabled.

  • Role

    The business role assigned to the staff member. See Managing Staff for a list of permissions for each role.

You can also quickly deactivate or active a staff member from the staff list.

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Staff
  3. A list of your staff members will be displayed
  4. You can search for a staff member by name
  5. Click the three dot iconfor the staff member that you would like to edit
  6. Click Deactivate or Activate
