If checked, the member has access to your business in Beer Club Hub and their business role is enabled.

Managing Staff
Editing Staff
When editing a staff member, you can change the role of each staff member or enable/disable their access to your business in Beer Club Hub. For reporting purposes, you cannot remove a staff member, you can only disable them. To edit a staff member:
- Click Manage from the top menu
- Click Staff
- A list of your staff members will be displayed
- You can search for a staff member by name
- Click the three dot iconfor the staff member that you would like to edit
- Click Edit
You will be shown settings for the selected staff member. The fields are described below.

The business role assigned to the staff member. See Managing Staff for a list of permissions for each role.
You can also quickly deactivate or active a staff member from the staff list.
- Click Manage from the top menu
- Click Staff
- A list of your staff members will be displayed
- You can search for a staff member by name
- Click the three dot iconfor the staff member that you would like to edit
- Click Deactivate or Activate
