Beer Inventory and Menu

Editing Beer

You can edit information for beers in your inventory. Only Managers have the permission to edit a beer in your inventory. If the beer was added to our database by your business, you can edit all of the beer information, including name and brewery. If the beer was not added to our database by your business, you can only edit the description of the beer.

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Beer Inventory
  3. A list of the beers in your inventory will be displayed
  4. Click the three dot iconfor the beer that you would like to edit
  5. Click Edit
  6. Make change to the beer information
  7. Click Save to save your changes

Removing a Beer

  1. Click Manage from the top menu
  2. Click Beer Inventory
  3. A list of the beers in your inventory will be displayed
  4. Click the three dot iconfor the beer that you would like to remove
  5. On the confirmation, click Yes, Remove!

TIP Removing a beer will also remove its reviews and reporting analytics. Instead of removing a beer, we recommend you simply remove it from your menu. This will also make it easier to add to your menu if you should decide to offer it again to your customers.
